For some reason, I can’t keep my eyes off the short loop. There’s beauty in nature and in daily experiences. I think most people depend on others or a lot of money to feel this happiness, but I think,
happiness is always a state of mind.

"each night as i come to bed, thinking that when it comes down to it, everything - every single aspect of my life i've ever come to do and shed my tears over - boils down to:
disappointment,
dejection,
false expectations,
saudade,
things i wish i could rewind,
things i can no longer mend,
fretting and being upset over what would have been,
what could have been,
what should have been.
and as each day passes, i know that the only person i can blame is no one,
but myself."
if time will eventually wash it all away then life must be a simple affair.
